Refund policy

At Cardera Collectibles, we keep our policies simple and fair. Please review before purchasing.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on factory-sealed products only, with proof of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original factory-sealed condition
  • Opened, unsealed, or tampered items are not eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase is required

Trading Cards & Collectibles

All trading card and collectible sales are final once purchased due to changes in market pricing.

This includes:

  • Sealed products
  • Individual cards
  • Graded cards
  • Any collectible items tied to market value

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy outlined in this document.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened or unsealed products
  • Trading cards (sealed or individual)
  • Graded cards
  • Special order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Consumable hobby supplies

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos may be required to resolve the issue.


Order Processing & Changes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or product drops.

Order changes (address updates, cancellations, combined shipping, etc.) are handled case by case. Once an order is processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.


Inventory Availability

While we do our best to keep inventory accurate and up to date, items may occasionally sell out or become unavailable after being added to your cart or included in an order.

If this happens, Cardera Collectibles may need to remove the item from your order or cart. You will only be charged for items that are fulfilled, and any unavailable items will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding, especially during high-demand product releases.


Shipping

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing time.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Cardera Collectibles is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages after shipment has been handed to the carrier

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Items must be securely packaged when returned.


Order Verification

Orders of $750 CAD or more may require identity and payment verification before processing.

This may include:

  • Government-issued photo ID matching billing details
  • Credit card verification
  • Billing and shipping address confirmation

Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded if verification is not completed in a reasonable time. We may also request verification on other orders if needed for fraud prevention.


Right to Refuse Returns

We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
